This version introduces:
- Technical improvements to the Smart Rollup node
- A new --without-dal option for bakers not running DAL nodes yet

Tezos bakers,
👉 Get ready for Octez v22.0 as it will become mandatory to either:
- Provide the RPC endpoint of a running DAL node, or
- Use the “`--without-dal` CLI option.
🔍 As a reminder, DAL provides game-changing scaling for rollups, and its integrity remains secured by Tezos bakers.
