👋 LigoLANG would like to share the latest updates about the following topics:
👉 The next release 0.61 is planned in 2 weeks 🏗️
It will feature some minor breaking changes, related to partial application in JsLIGO
At the earliest, we will release a #Ligo V1. This V1 will include new syntaxes for contracts, to make things much simpler 🗓️
👉 Project LISA:
In the meanwhile, a new team of developers (1 former #Ligo team member and 2 new devs) from @trilitech has been working on the #LISA project, a proposal for a Tezos Smart Contract language.
The work on #LISA would continue for ~ a month/a month and half and targets an integration into LIGO within 6 to 10 months, at which point you should expect a V2, or a new #syntax replacing JsLIGO, depending on how cost-effective TT expects for it to be integrated in #LIGO.
